AIB : American Institute of Baking
The American Institute of Baking (AIB) recognizes good manufacturing practices (cleaning and disinfection, pest control, maintenance, and training) and HACCP principles.

C-TPAT is a partnership program designed to ensure the security of cross-border trade. Companies must meet a number of requirements to obtain C-TPAT certification.

The FAST program is a commercial clearance program designed to ensure safety and security while expediting legitimate trade across the Canada-U.S. border. All FAST program participants must undergo a risk assessment.

HACCP : Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point
HACCP is a system for identifying, evaluating, and controlling significant food safety hazards. Based on seven principles, HACCP programs are set up following a logical sequence of 12 steps, including analyzing hazards and determining critical control points.

ACE : Automated Commercial Environment
